It had been spring for 18 days already by the time I met with Annice and Donovan for the engagement session.
We were in the 70s the day prior and in the 60s the week leading up to the engagement.
He we are, in the low to mid 40s at the session and there's even flurries making their way in between the beautiful cherry blossoms that line the walkway leading to Capitol Hill.
Though, don't get me wrong, it was beautiful. But it was coooolllldddd!
My delicate photographer hands where starting to get frost bitten all the while Annice was a total boss in her fabulous dress braving the cold.
Also, I have to mention that this was the first time I had ever worked at Union Station.
I know! I know! I was surprised as well. But there's a first time for everything right?
Okay, okay, I know you would rather look at the photos instead how read me "talk" lol
Here's some of my favorites from Annice and Donovan's engagement at Union Station and Capitol Hill.
